Karine est une vraie PROFESSIONNELLE. Elle connait son métier sur le bout des doigts. Elle est à l'écoute de ses clients et sait les conseiller au mieux. Elle estime les biens à leur juste valeur et même si cela peut déplaire aux clients, elle sait convaincre pour vendre au bon prix. Elle filtre les potentiels acquéreurs pour éviter des visites "touristiques". Elle s'assure de leur capacité financière et de leur motivation et reste à l'écoute de leurs critères de recherches. Nous lui avons confié notre maison en vente "en mandat exclusif" ce qui lui a permis de s'investir à 200%. Malgré un secteur peu recherché, elle a trouvé un acquéreur en moins de 2 semaines. Un acquéreur satisfait, des vendeurs ravis et une conseillère au top! Merci Karine. A nous le VAR!
