Ça avait pourtant bien commencé

Je suis déçue de ne pas avoir eu toutes les informations demandées en temps et en heure (entre autres : difficultés pour accéder à une partie de la maison), d’avoir eu un diagnostic énergétique ne présentant pas la bonne lettre et de ne pas avoir eu plus de conseils et/ou d’accompagnement face aux problématiques de rénovation énergétique rencontrées.
