J'ai eu le plaisir de bénéficier de l'accompagnement de Laura dans le cadre de la vente de mon appartement. Un peu réticent au départ pour me faire accompagner par un professionnel, je suis aujourd'hui très content de mon choix ! Laura s'est montrée disponible, à l'écoute et surtout très rassurante dans cette étape particulièrement stressante pour moi. Elle a tenu l'ensemble de ses engagements et la vente s'est déroulée en un temps record ! La notaire était également très agréablement surprise par la qualité de préparation des deux parties (vendeur/acquéreur). Bien loin des agents racoleurs qui annoncent des estimations gonflées pour réussir à nous faire signer un mandat, Laura s'est montrée pragmatique et a vendu au prix annoncé au départ.
