Présence et réactivité incomparable !

Nous pensions signer une transaction d’exception à cause de la bâtisse achetée mais l’exception s’est révélée être Laurence ! Notre processus d’achat s’est allongé de 3 à 9 mois suite à divers problèmes au fil de l’eau (banque, aléa climatique, assurance…) et Laurence a non seulement su gérer chaque problème mais a en plus mobiliser son réseau pour nous aider nous acquéreurs mais aussi ses vendeurs. Toutes les questions posées ont été répondues super rapidement, elle s’est montrée toujours disponible sur des créneaux serrées (de notre faute à cause de la distance) et a pu nous donner de bons contacts pour les diverses interventions qui ont eu lieu et qui restent à prévoir.
