Un plaisir de travailler avec Laurence, toujours disponible et à l'écoute.

Notre volonté d'acheter en indivision en utilisant le produit de la vente d'un bien en démembrement suite à une succession à générer des contraintes fortes pour le vendeur. Laurence a su clairement exposer notre situation car nous ne pouvions signer un compromis "classique" avec des conditions suspensives d'obtention de crédit. Ce délai imposé au début, 2 mois, fut largement rattrapé ensuite par une vente réalisée en 6 semaines ensuite, avec l'aide de Laurence.
