Laurent a été à l'écoute du projet, a su s'adapter et surtout faire une estimation réelle. Il utilise son savoir-faire, ses connaissances et pas juste un mètre mesure. Il va plus loin que ça. Il vérifie chaque détail qui permet faire au plus juste. Pas pour flatter l'ego du propriétaire, ni pour faire fuir les potentiels acquéreurs... il fait le prix au mieux, mais reste à l'écoute de la demande. Tout en nous conseillant au mieux nous propriétaire qui surestimons souvent nos biens... merci beaucoup

J’ai sollicité Laurent Benhamou pour l’estimation de mon bien, et j’ai été très satisfait de son travail. Contrairement à d’autres, il ne donne pas un prix au hasard : son estimation est argumentée, précise et basée sur une vraie analyse du marché local. Il prend le temps d’expliquer chaque élément, ce qui permet de comprendre la valeur réelle du bien sans mauvaises surprises. Laurent est professionnel, à l’écoute et très réactif. On sent qu’il maîtrise parfaitement son secteur et qu’il cherche avant tout à donner une estimation juste, et non à surévaluer pour séduire. Un accompagnement sérieux et rassurant, que je recommande sans hésiter.
