Professionnel, réactif et discret.

Pour la vente de la maison nous ne souhaitions pas dans un premier temps faire appel à un agent mandataire. Nous avons diffusé une annonce sur une plateforme immobilière. M. Lescazes a pris contact avec nous par message puis par téléphone et a su nous mettre en confiance afin de nous faire revenir sur notre décision ; ce que nous ne regrettons pas puisque c'est lui qui a trouvé les acquéreurs. Tout au long des différentes démarches et des échanges avec les futurs acheteurs, artisans, notaire jusqu'à la signature de la vente hier nous avons apprécié le sérieux et la cordialité avec lesquels il nous a accompagné.
