Toujours bien préparé, il avait les réponses à la plupart de nos questions et, lorsqu'une information n'était pas immédiatement disponible, il revenait rapidement vers nous avec les éléments nécessaires. Sa très bonne connaissance de la copropriété, de son environnement, de la gestion de l'immeuble et du marché immobilier a été particulièrement appréciable.
