Monsieur Tonnoir a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Après avoir étudié objectivement le marché immobilier du secteur et fait une étude précise de notre bien, il nous a fourni une estimation argumentée. Du diagnostic, aux parutions sur de nombreux sites immobiliers, de l'étude administrative complète de notre dossier, il a tout pris en charge. Deux jours après la parution sur les sites immobiliers, il se rendait disponible pour les visites de notre bien, débouchant sur une proposition d'achat au prix estimé puis sur une vente rapide.

Très professionnel avec beaucoup d'ecoute

Si le jour où nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour ce qui est devenu notre maison, si ce jour-là, M. Tonnoir n'avait pas tout fait pour trouver du temps afin de nous faire visiter, alors même qu'il n'avait jamais entendu parler de nous! Si ce n'est pas croire en son métier, être pro et, plus encore, disponible pour représenter ses clients, je ne sais pas ce qu'est un commercial investi et humain...! Et du début à la fin, nous nous sommes sentis en confiance et dans le meilleur des "scénarii" mais là c'est la vraie vie ...vrai est aussi un mot qui caractérise M. Tonnoir
