Un service rendu par un homme compétent et dévoué

C'est avec diligence et compétence que M. de Preneuf a tout mis en oeuvre pour la vente d'une maison atypique de village, non dénuée d'atouts mais dont les escaliers et la pénombre pouvaient décourager maint acheteur. Sa plus grande qualité a été l'empathie : il a su apprécier et donc faire valoir le caractère à la fois ancien et restauré des lieux, et choisir avec discernement les clients potentiels. Jamais sa confiance ne s'est démentie , jamais il ne fut indifférent et j'ai vivement apprécié d'être épaulée par un agent qui prend à coeur son métier.

Léopold est un agent immobilier exceptionnel. Dans ce monde où le contact humain disparaît, où il est de plus en plus difficile de trouver des personnes qui soient à l’écoute et qui font bien leur travail, Léopold est là : sérieux, investi dans son travail, il a toujours été présent et à notre écoute. Malgré une vente qui a pris du retard à cause de problèmes administratifs (vive la France…), il a toujours été là pour nous. Si nous avons pu acheter notre maison c’est en grande partie grâce à lui.
