Très bonne qualité de service

Madame Gallez m'a contacté, pour me proposer ses services, car elle avait vu que j'avais un bien à vendre. Je ne lui ai pas confié cette vente car je l'avais déjà confiée à 3 agences et je trouvais que c'était suffisant. Par contre je lui ai confié la recherche d'un appartement, avec des critères bien précis. Elle m'en a proposé un seul : il répondait très bien à mes attentes, Elle a su convaincre rapidement, les vendeurs d'accepte ma proposition d'achat. J'en suis très satisfait. Travail bâclé

Nous nous sommes rendu compte des mois après que tout le travail de diagnostic a été mal réalisé ou pas réalisé du tout au vue de ce que l'on a trouvé dans la maison. Électricité diagnostiquée aux normes alors que les fils étaient directement dans le plâtre, je ne parle même pas du nombre de boîte de dérivation sur une même ligne. Des problèmes d'humidité et des isolants pourris découverts après ouverture de cloisons. Infiltrations d'eau alors qu'on nous a maintenu que cela ne fuyait plus. Bref je ne recommande pas.
