Je ne recommande pas

Première visite réalisée avec la propriétaire ainsi que la 2eme M.Verlet n'était pas disponible. Nous n'avons eu aucun diagnostic a part le DPE. Je pense que ce monsieur ne connaissait pas le bien qu'il vendait. Il nous annonce une fosse non conforme et quand nous arrivons pour la signature du compromis le notaire nous a lu tous les diagnostic et la la fosse et conforme (tant mieux pour nous). Sans compter les soucis lors de la signature. Et le départ de la propriétaire avec les clés que nous n'avons toujours pas depuis la signature définitive du 10 decembre.
