Prestation sans faute : bonne compréhension des attentes, parfait ciblage de la clientèle pouvant être intéressée (environnement animalier). Avec une bonne humeur indéfectible, beaucoup de travail et de la disponibilité, Madame Leroy a su motiver des acheteurs dans un contexte peu favorable : pluies diluviennes, travaux de mise en conformité à prévoir et grand terrain à reprendre en main, plusieurs maisons habitables sans travaux en vente sur la commune.
