Un agent au top !

Ludivine m’a accompagné dans mon projet de vente de mon bien et de l’achat de ma future résidence pour ma famille qui venait de s’agrandir. Ces deux biens se situant à Paris 13e. Elle a été de bon conseil et présente tout au long de mon projet. Elle est aussi très empathique et sait se montrer flexible. Elle s’est adaptée à notre situation et nos contraintes familiales. Qualité de la prestation impeccable

Ludivine est très à l'écoute, elle ne se ménage pas pour mettre en valeur le bien, régler les problèmes qui pourraient se présenter, j'admire sa grande énergie, sa compétence et son tact. J'ai été enchantée de sa prestation car elle a réalisé la vente en 3 mois alors que le bien stagnant lamentablement chez un concurrent depuis un an. Je ne peux que la remercier chaleureusement pour son travail.

Très bonne agent immobilière

Ludivine s’est occupé de me vendre mes trois appartements entre 2022 et 2023,. Elle a été très professionnelle et surtout très à l’écoute .
