J’ai eu le contact de Mr Chalindard quand j’étais toujours propriétaire de mon propre logement et concomitamment en pleine recherche d’appartement , suite à mon inscription sur LIA “Les clés de chez Moi “ . A la question “ Si vous avez un logement à vendre , voulez vous qu’on vous propose des professionnels immobiliers pour vous aidez à le vendre ?” , J’ai répondu : Oui et suite à quoi , j’ai eu plusieurs appels ( 2-3) d’agents immobiliers pour me proposer de faire une estimation de mon T2 . Parmi plusieurs , quasiment équivalentes , j’ai choisi Mr Chalindar car il m’a paru le plus fiable et professionnel. Par la suite , je ne pu que me féliciter de mon choix, car j'ai très vite reçue une offre d'achat très " acceptable " , en quelques semaines seulement . Les choses sont ensuite aller très vite avec toujours un accompagnement très courtois , efficace et surtout sans pression de la part de Ludovic. De plus ,comme j'étais moi même en recherche d'un logement de mon coté il m'a même proposé ses conseils très précieux en tant que professionnel de l'immobilier , de manière tout à fait désintéressée. Je ne peux que le recommander vivement .
