A hauteur de notre attente, avec beaucoup de patience par rapport aux acheteurs qui eux, n'étaient pas réactifs, bien que M. de Temmerman savait toujours trouver les mots pour essayer de faire avancer le dossier et finir par aboutir à la vente . Cette affaire lui a pris beaucoup de temps et heureusement la récompense était au bout pour lui comme pour nous, puisque nous venons de signer la vente aujourd'hui, et nous le remercions vivement de tous ses efforts .
