Mme Chavigny s’est vraiment investie tout de suite dans la vente de l’appartement de Taverny, après nous avoir fait l’estimation du bien. Elle s’est occupée de nous trouver les personnes et entreprises pour les Diagnostics nécessaires et obligatoires. Ses négociations avec les éventuels acheteurs ont été parfaites et comme nous les avions souhaitées. Elle a également fait toutes les premières démarches auprès du Notaire et a bien suivi l’avancement du dossier quand l’appartement a été vendu. Un grand bravo et merci à elle pour son investissement. Nous sommes tellement satisfaits de son travail que nous l’avons à nouveau sollicitée pour la vente d’un autre bien. Je la recommande fortement aux personnes qui souhaitent acheter ou vendre un bien.
