Conseils francs, vente rapide et suivi exemplaire

Nous avons confié la vente de notre maison à Marc Bizeray et nous ne pouvons que recommander chaleureusement ses services. Dès le départ, il a fait preuve d'une grande honnêteté en nous conseillant de revoir le prix à la baisse, notre bien étant au-dessus du marché. Ce conseil, pas toujours facile à entendre, s'est révélé parfaitement avisé. Il a également réalisé des photos de très grande qualité, avec même des prises de vue par drone, qui ont su mettre en valeur le bien et attirer de nombreuses visites. Résultat : la maison s'est vendue en seulement 4 visites ! Ce qui nous a particulièrement touchés, c'est la confiance totale qu'il nous a inspirée jusqu'au bout. Ayant dû quitter les lieux avant la signature de l'acte de vente, il a assuré le relais avec un professionnalisme exemplaire, nous permettant de partir l'esprit tranquille.
