Excellente expérience!

Nous avons eu un coup de coeur pour une maison que nous a fait visiter Marianne Guimpied. Nous avons fait une offre qui n'a pas été acceptée par les vendeurs pour des raisons personnelles. Pendant plus d'un an, Marianne Guimpied a eu un rôle central pour maintenir les discussions avec les vendeurs jusqu'à ce que le processus de vente soit réouvert. Elle nous a ensuite accompagnés pendant tout le processus jusqu'à la remise des clés. Son intervention a été décisive. Nous n'aurions tout simplement pas pu acheter sans son entremise.
