j'ai confié à madame MONZALE la vente en exclusivité de ma résidence principale : un grand appartement sur ORLEANS avec de lourds travaux. La vente a aboutie la ou plusieurs agents immobiliers ont échoués!! Le prix de vente a été remarquable selon mes critères!! . j'en ai tiré le maximum Madame MONZALE m a particulièrement surprise en bien , alors qu'au départ je n en attendais pas grand chose. J'avais tord , elle a trouvé deux acheteurs en 9 mois sur un bien DIFFICILE a vendre au prix demandé. Le premier acheteur n'a pas eu son pret, Elle a rebondit en 3mois avec une vente jusqu' a la signature définitive. j'ai aimé particulièrement son coté PITBULL. C est important pour un agent immobilier d'avoir un peu les crocs. Un des meilleurs agents que j'ai croisé. En partant sur la face Nord, avec une telle vente, je pense qu elle a l'étoffe pour une vente d'un bien plus facile et plus liquide. Je recommande à 100%
