Une agence très compétente

J'ai contacté Mathieu Le Coeur pour vendre la maison de ma mère. La maison était déjà en vente dans dans d'autres agences mais la situation était au point mort. Quand Mathieu Le Coeur a pris le dossier, il y a eu des visites régulières avec des personnes plus ou moins intéressées jusqu'au compromis de vente et la vente définitive le 29 décembre 2020. Tout au long de ce parcours, Mathieu Le Coeur m'a fait un compte rendu régulier des remarques et propositions faites par les éventuels acheteurs. C'est un agent très sérieux et compétent que je ne peux que complimenter sur son travail.
