Dynamisme et efficacité

Mélanie (et Morgane) ont pris en main la vente de mon bien début Septembre, après que celui çi soit resté quasiment sans aucune touche suite à sa mise en vente dans 2 agences du secteur depuis Mai. Très dynamiques dès leur arrivée, elles ont su mettre en valeur mon bien au travers sa description et les photos prises. Après seulement 3 semaines, une promesse d'achat était signé, débouchant sur la vente du bien, avec une faible renegociation du client (~3%). Elles ont suivi le dossier de bout en bout, pour m'accompagner et m'offir l'aide necessaire dans les différentes démarches, de la signature du mandat, à la signature finale.
