Très mauvaise expérience.

Commission encaissée et prestations déplorables. J ai acheté un appartement et n a pas voulu relever le compteur d eau sous prétexte que c était au syndic de le faire…. Résultat surconsommation des anciens propriétaires et j ai dû payer leur consommation d eau. Mme grimaud a refusé de faire fonctionner sa responsabilité civile. Plus jamais .

J'ai eu la chance d'être accompagné par Mme Grimaud pour la vente de ma maison , c'est une personne très professionnel, à l'écoute et qui connait très bien son métier et propose de très bonne expertise pour l'estimation d'un bien . Patiente et déterminé a trouver des solutions favorable autant bien pour le vendeur que les acquéreurs. La vente de ma maison a été semé de petits soucis , mais elle a su me rassurer ,et trouver des solutions pour satisfaire tout le monde . Ayant des horaires atypiques, elle s'est montré présente pour répondre à mes nombreux vocaux même a des heures tardives, un grand merci pour cette accompagnement immobilier. Et je devais refaire une transaction immobilière c'est forcément vers elle que je me tournerais désormais. Merci pour tout .
