Disponibilité,réactivité et efficacité

Merci Mikael !!! Après avoir confié la vente de notre bien a une agence qui ne semblait ni efficace ni motivée, Mikael a repris la main et tout s'est débloqué comme par enchantement ! Résidant en province, nous n'étions pas présent pour des démarches diverses (contrôle assainissement, ramonage...) et Mikael s'est rendu à chaque fois disponible pour gérer ces sujets. La communication excellente via WhatsApp nous a permis de suivre pas à pas les différentes étapes de notre vente. Suite à la vente de notre maison, Mikael nous a fourni une prestation de très grande qualité. Remise de l'estimation en accord avec les prix du marché, ce qui a permis une vente très rapide de notre bien avec une négociation raisonnable. Il a par la suite su faire "tampon" avec l'acheteur qui c'est trouvé très envahissant en étant ferme et protecteur pour tout le monde jusqu'au dernier moment. Je recommande donc très fortement Mikael qui a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme tant par ses connaissances immobilières et juridiques, que par son état d'esprit travailleur et toujours positif. Il est certain que nous ferons de nouvelles affaires ensemble à l'avenir, encore merci !
