Nous avons tout de suite adhéré aux méthodes de travail de Mireille lors de notre premier contact téléphonique. L'évaluation du bien est juste tant pour les vendeurs que pour les acheteurs. Très impliquée et très disponible, son efficacité est renforcée par son réseau (diagnostiqueur, notaire) ce qui est très appréciable. Donc une prise en charge complète, si on le souhaite, jusqu'à la signature définitive. A noter que les mesures de protection sanitaires sont toujours parfaitement respectées (sur chaussures, masques ...). Nous étions hésitants quant à un mandat en semi exclusivité mais nous ne le regrettons pas. Sélection attentive et ciblée es acheteurs potentiels ce qui nous a permis de vendre en une semaine avec une unique visite coup de coeur. Mireille a porté un grand intérêt quant à la mise en valeur de notre bien comme s'il s'agissait de son propre bien. Contactée par connaissance nous la recommandons à notre tour les yeux fermés.
