Sur l'acquisition d'une maison à rénover, Nathalie s'est montrée très à l'écoute, de bon conseil, disponible et réactive, autant pour les visites terrain (découverte du bien, visites techniques en vue de préparer le projet de rénovation...) que pour l'administratif ou les questions plus spécifiques. Rigoureuse, elle n'a jamais manqué de nous contacter lorsque c'était utile. Réaliste et pragmatique, elle est une excellente diplomate, et a parfaitement rempli son rôle d'intermédiaire entre acheteur et vendeur dans le cas de notre projet.
