Excellent professionnel

Nicolas a une très bonne connaissance de son travail. Il a très bien estimé la valeur du bien immobilier a vendre, en fixant une fourchette de prix qui a permis de trouver très rapidement un acheteur (la 2ème visite a été la bonne). Ensuite il nous a très bien accompagné durant tout le processus ,allant de la signature du compromis, à la vente chez le notaire. Nous le remercions vivement pour ses compétences, sa disponibilité,sa gentillesse,ainsi que son amabilité envers nous.
