À FUIR ! Incompétence, opacité et arrogance

Notre expérience sous mandat exclusif avec ces agents (Nicolas B. & Mickaël D.N.) a été un vrai cauchemar : ​Opacité et absence de suivi : Aucune transparence et incapacité permanente de nous fournir des statistiques concrètes sur la diffusion. Nous devions sans cesse leur courir après pour obtenir la moindre information (visites, appels, retours). ​Manque de visibilité : L'annonce stagnait au fond des résultats sans aucun effort de leur part pour la mettre en avant, contrairement à ce qui nous avait été garanti. ​Refus de dialogue et condescendance : À chaque demande de rendez-vous physique, nous avons essuyé un refus. Uniquement de l'esquive, des excuses et du mépris. ​Devant leur absence totale de résultats, ils n'ont su que nous mettre la pression. Face à notre refus de renouveler le mandat, l'agent référent a tout simplement baissé les bras et refourgué le dossier à son collègue sans notre accord. ​Le constat est sans appel : Après nous avoir bloqués pendant des mois, nous avons mis fin au mandat et vendu notre maison par nous-mêmes, très rapidement et avec un flux d'appels quotidiens. Passez votre chemin !
