Nicolas coche toute les cases d'un agent immobilier compétent. Présentation du bien en étant clair et détaillé sans jamais trop en faire. Très calme et à l'écoute, il a sû faire des suggestions sans jamais les imposer ou grossir le trait. Toutes mes questions techniques ont eu leurs réponses.
