Magnifique accueil à distance et belles compétences

Nous devions rechercher assez rapidement un bien à louer pour notre fils doctorant. Nous avons trouvé M. BERTHEMY très réactif, chaleureux et compétent pour monter un dossier à distance. J'ai eu des "surprises" lors de l'acquisition de cet appartement : ex : la venderesse soutenue par l'agent immobilier ont tenté de me faire payer les frais de réparation de la toiture votés préalablement en AG...

Excellente experience du debut jusqu'au fin

J'ai plusieurs appartements en location. M. Berthemy a non-seulement trouve des locataires solides a bien très vite, mais il a aussi assume toute la documentation telle que les états de lieux etc., que normalement tombaient sur moi. Il a fait le tout avec suivi, charme, information quand il le fallait et gentillesse, m'a trouve des ouvriers pour completer des travaux et a fait tout ce qu'il fallait pour m'aider. Je compte maintenant sur lui entièrement.
