Une vente rapide et efficace !

J’ai rencontré Monsieur Cinquabre à l’occasion de l’achat de mon appartement. Ayant apprécié son empathie et sa capacité à donner des nouvelles du dossier de manière spontanée, j’ai naturellement voulu lui confier la vente de notre appartement. Des circonstances m’ont amenée à ne pas pouvoir collaborer avec lui pendant presque 4 mois en raison d’un contrat d’exclusivité, qui n’a amené aucune proposition et peu de suivi. Pendant toute cette durée, Monsieur Cinquabre a continué de prendre des nouvelles ; dès le contrat rompu je lui ai donc confié la vente de mon appartement. A peine deux semaines plus tard, nous avions une revisite d’un acheteur et une offre au prix de la part d’un autre. Monsieur Cinquabre est un professionnel fiable, humain et très réactif.
