Sérieux et humain du début à la fin

Nous avons confié la vente de notre appartement dans le Val-d’Oise à cet agent IAD en 2025 et nous en sommes pleinement satisfaits. Tout au long du projet, il s’est montré très disponible, pédagogue et impliqué, avec un vrai sens de l’accompagnement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa présence à domicile pour faire le point régulièrement sur l’avancée du dossier et sa transparence dans les échanges. La vente de l'appartement n'était pas un dossier facile, notamment en raison des retards de l’acheteur pour l’obtention de son crédit et de certaines exigences parfois compliquées à gérer. Malgré cela, l’agent a assuré un suivi quasi quotidien du dossier, en faisant le lien entre toutes les parties avec professionnalisme et patience. Même si le projet a pu être frustrant par moments, il a été mené à son terme dans de bonnes conditions grâce à son engagement et sa réactivité. Nous recommandons vivement ses services à toute personne cherchant un agent immobilier sérieux, investi et à l’écoute.
