Olivier est un passionné, il est très agréable et rassurant sur tout les points. professionnalisme et proximité

Monsieur SOUVERAIN a été mandaté pour vendre notre maison en notre absence car nous résidons à 900 kms. Les clés lui ont été remises en toute confiance car le contact humain est immédiatement passé. Nous avons reçu un rapport après chaque visite et une analyse détaillée des visites chaque semaine, ce qui nous a permis de suivre au plus près la tendance de la vente. Grâce à sa juste évaluation, le bien s'est rapidement vendu au plus près du prix souhaité.
