J habite dans les hauts de france et j avais une maison à vendre en Loire Atlantique en vacances dans la région, j avais vu différentes agences et donc eu différentes estimations,finalement après pas mal de déceptions avec certaines agences ,j ai contacté Oxanne verger qui m à envoye une estimation très complète de la maison et du terrain Je suis très contente d avoir choisi Oxanne car très compétente et honnête, ce qui est important pour moi dans ce métier (il faut installer une relation de confiance entre le vendeur et le mandataire, surtout lors d une vente à distance) Bien sur si j habitais en Loire Atlantique, je la recommanderais vivement aux personnes
