Monsieur Pascal Hermignies du réseau IAD s'est démené avec force pour défendre mes intérêts et conclure une vente assez compliquée. Alors que l'agence ayant la gestion du bien n'a clairement pas aidé, j'ai dès le début pu évaluer le professionnalisme de M. Hermignies : évaluation du prix de vente après étude sectorielle, visites et diagnostiques. Il a toujours été là, rassurant, d'excellents conseils et pugnace.
