Agent trés disponible et à l'écoute de nos inquiétudes et souhaits

Patrick nous a bien conseillé concernant la commercialisation et le postionnement prix qui ne correspondait pas vraiment à nos espérances. Nous avons fait des concessions de notre propre initiative en tenant compte de certaines contraintes (diagnostic classe E, situation du bien deprécié notament) et grâce au professionnalisme de Patrick car la cliente était particulièrement exigente. Nous sommes globalement trés satisfait du résultat.
