Incompétente ou sans scrupule?

J'ai co-acheté un bien vendu par cette "professionnelle". Je reconnais , je suis une grosse bécasse naive qui ne voit rien ,qui a acheté un bien plusieurs dizaines de milliers d'euros au dessus de sa valeur réelle et je n'ai qu'à m'en prendre à moi même de ne pas m'être fait accompagner par un professionnel du batiment pour cet achat. mais quand même...je me souviens l'entendre me dire" il n'y a pas de gros travaux, juste beaucoup de finitions, des choses à remettre au goût du jour."( Bien entendu ce n'est absolument pas le cas.) Donc, de deux choses l'une: Soit madame est incompétente dans son travail et ne sait pas évaluer la valeur d'un bien, ni les travaux à effectuer. Soit madame est prète à brader son éthique au diable pour toucher ses honoraires. Aucun des deux choix n'est très flatteur. Voilà mon "expérience".

Conseillère au top

Pauline est une conseillère en immobilier qui aime énormément son métier, elle est toujours très réactif, à l’écoute, motivée… Grace à la visite faite un jour férié (1 Mai ) nous avons réussi à vendre notre appartement et nous lui remercions infiniment.. Grâce à Pauline nous pouvons enfin faire un pas vers nos objectifs. Je la recommande les yeux fermés.
