Après une très mauvaise expérience auprès de SAFTI. L’agence IAD dont la vendeuse Madame Berrittella m’a était recommandée. Nous avons confiée à madame Berrittella la vente de notre maison. Elle a tout de suite était réactive, et prise très au sérieux notre projet. Le mandat signé le 20 novembre 2022 les photos faites et l’article rédigé le 25 novembre 2022. Maison vendue le 28 janvier 2023 avec une contre visite le 11 février 2023. J’ai eu seulement 3 visites et ma maison est partie à la 3 eme visites. Madame Barrittella a su ciblée le profil de client et a su se montrer très réactive. C’est une personne qui est très à l’écoute de ses clients. C’est une personne très humaine, avec une grand professionnalisme. Je recommande à 100%.
