Un agent immobilier hors du commun

Quentin Talot: compétent, disponible, réactif, et de bon conseil, notamment pour le choix des partenaires qui ont accompagné notre projet de vente d’une maison et achat simultanément d’un appartement. Trouver un acquéreur fiable, négocier avec une autre agence l’achat d’un appartement correspondant à nos souhaits, une gageure? Non, une réalité. - Déménager le jour J. - Signer les deux actes de vente et achat à J+1 dans un délai de trois heures dans deux Études différentes, - Emménager à J+2, Ce n’était pas gagné d’avance et nous avons réussi, notamment avec le concours efficace de Maître Nuret-Colas, Notaire à Véretz et de l’entreprise Dupra -Déménagements à Bléret. En conclusion, malgré un projet a priori compliqué et contraint , une expérience réussie….ce qui ne doit pas être si courant en pareilles circonstances. Merci à tous les acteurs.
