Une très bonne réactivité

Après une expérience infructueuse d'un mois et demi avec une autre agence, j'ai confié la mise en location de mon bien meublé à Romain Fourcade. Dès notre rencontre le dimanche 7 décembre (faisant suite à un premier contact le 1er), Romain a su me présenter une stratégie claire et un benchmark précis pour optimiser le prix du loyer en fonction de mes objectifs. La réactivité et l'efficacité ont été exemplaires : signature du mandat le dimanche 7 décembre, mise en ligne de l'annonce le lundi 8, confirmation de la planification des visites dès le jeudi 11, validation du dossier des futurs locataires le samedi 20 et remise des clés le lundi 5 janvier. Je recommande vivement Romain pour son professionnalisme, son sérieux et sa capacité à obtenir des résultats rapides là où d'autres avaient échoué.
