EXCELLENT conseiller immobilier

Mettez toutes vos chances de vendre votre maison en la confiant entre les mains de Monsieur BEDMAR. Fort investissement, excellent relationnel, suivi irréprochable et efficacité ont été au rendez-vous. Notre maison s’est vendue en 3 jours à un très bon prix et le suivi et l’accompagnement s’est fait jusqu’à la remise des clefs devant notaire. Un excellent travail de photo à été réalisé. Monsieur BEDMAR a réalisé l’intégralité des visites et à gérer les négociations en notre nom. A su diriger les acquéreurs sur de très bons professionnels en courtage afin d’optimiser leur chance d’obtenir l’offre de prêt. Encore merci pour ce travail sans faille !

d'abord merci a mr Bedmar pour sa patience, son écoute, sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son humour aussi dans des situations où les nerfs sont mis à rude épreuve. il à su par son professionnalisme et sa persévérance mener a bien ce projet vers une finalité. bienveillant vis a vis du vendeur comme de l'acheteur, tenant compte des situations individuelles pour rassurer et aussi porter attention aux questionnements de chacun afin de répondre aux demandes multiples et résoudre les problématiques. efficacité et humanité entre autre qualificatif. voilà vous pouvez lui faire confiance car lui, vends le bien qui lui est confié avec les moyens qui lui sont donnés et le petit plus qui fait sa différence.
