Au delà de mes attentes

Je recommande vivement Romain Treccani. Il a été bien au-delà de mes attentes lors de la vente de mon studio. La situation n'était pas simple : l'acheteur s'est révélé de mauvaise foi et malhonnête. Sans Romain, la vente aurait été bien différente, voire compromise. Romain s'est occupé de tout de A à Z, bien plus qu’un agent immobilier classique. Il anticipe, gère toute l’administratif, relance quand il faut, et sécurise chaque étape. Ce qui m’a particulièrement marqué, ce sont ses valeurs humaines : l’honnêteté, la franchise, la fiabilité. C’est quelqu’un de droit et engagé, ce qui — à mon sens — est très rare dans ce métier. Dans ma famille, nous avons toujours su vendre nos biens sans passer par des agents. Mais après cette expérience, une chose est sûre : je travaillerai systématiquement avec Romain Treccani pour toutes mes futures ventes.
