Depuis le premier contact jusqu'à la signature, Samuel Dreher a été rassurant, humain, précis, investi, ponctuel et de bon conseil, que ce soit sur le prix de vente ou les petits travaux à faire pour rendre la maison dans les meilleures conditions. J'ai apprécié également qu'il puisse donner un avis éclairé sur la solidité financière des acheteurs potentiels.
