Expérience mitigée

Achat réalisé avec succès, mais expérience globalement mitigée. La contre-visite initiale a été proposée très près de la signature, il a fallu négocier pour la faire la veille, sachant qu’il a fallu changer quelques éléments avant la signature. Les clés n’ont pas été remises en main propre et certains aspects de la maison, annoncés comme impeccables, se sont révélés très approximatifs. Nous avons également trouvé inapproprié de recevoir une enquête de satisfaction avant même la finalisation de l’acte notarié, donc des mission d’un agent immobilier. L’agent connaissait personnellement les vendeurs, ce qui a pu parfois donner l’impression d’un manque de neutralité.
