J'ai confié la vente de mon bien immobilier suite à l'achat d'une maison avec Madame Chalvet . La négociation lors de cet achat s'étant tres bien passé je trouvais logique de lui confier la vente de ma maison . Cette dernière a été vendue en 1 mois ! avec des visites sélectionnées qui m'ont évité de perdre du temps . Mme Chalvet s'est montré reactive, ponctuelle , excellente négociatrice et disponible même après la vente de ma maison et l'achat de la nouvelle . A noter la présentation d'un excellent notaire pour mes 2 transactions achat et revente Maître Moutou que je ne peux que recommander également . Donc vous pouvez faire confiance à Madame Chalvet pour son sens commercial et son efficacité.

trés bonne qualité de service
