Monsieur Habillon a été extrêmement professionnel du début à la fin. Il a su mettre mon bien en valeur grâce à des photos professionnelles et il a réalisé une bonne estimation du prix de vente, ce qui a permis d'attirer rapidement des acquéreurs sérieux. Toujours disponible, réactif et à l'écoute, il m'a accompagnée à chaque étape de la vente avec beaucoup de sérieux et de transparence. Il s'est également occupé de me mettre en relation avec un diagnostiqueur ainsi qu'un notaire, ce qui m'a grandement simplifié les démarches. Résultat: ma maison a été vendue rapidement et dans d'excellentes conditions. Je recommande vivement cet agent pour son efficacité et son professionnalisme !
