IAD 1 fois pas 2 …..

Le seul + : la disponibilité un dimanche pour aller refermer une fenêtre laisser ouverte ou réouverte avant un orage . Les - : Manque de communication pour l ensemble des visites d octobre 24 a fin janvier 25 : aucune information sur ces visites au fur et à mesures Non information sur la venue de specialiste en électricité pour établir des devis. Manque d explications sur une surconsommation d électricité( 765€ ) durant la période des visites et par la suite pendant les visites des futurs acquéreurs pour être sur de leur choix , et pour faire réaliser les devis de remise eu norme apres signature. Maison vide sans personne a l intérieur : conso en KW multiplier par 3 selon le mois …… Aucun conseil lors la proposition , voir même affirmation que l on ne pouvait pas renégocier le tarif avant la signature de l offre de prix( faire une contre offre pour couper la poire en 2) Voir même de rogner sa commission pour assurer la vente et ne pas perdre 5% de la vente ……. Sa com’ étant la même ds les 2 prix , elle a donc mieux conseiller les acheteurs que les vendeurs …. Alors IAD une fois , pas 2 !!!
