Excellente prestation

Après consultation de 3 agences,nous avons retenu Mme Olagnon car, depuis sa visite initiale des lieux, nous avions remarqué son professionnalisme dans sa façon d'estimer le bien, ses aspects positifs et négatifs, en tenant cpte de nos contraintes propres. Son estimation était en totale cohérence avec les autres estimations. Nous avons apprécié la rapidité avec laquelle elle a organisé les visites, notre information sur les résultats des visites. Excellent suivi administratif pour la préparation de la signature du compromis et de la vente elle même, avec une bonne connaissance du milieu notarial et de la nécessité de suivre le dossier, une fois le compromis signé. Particularité nous concernant : nous habitons à 3h de route du bien à vendre et Madame Olagnon nous a déchargé de ttes les contraintes de visites, de rapport avec le notaire.
