Un grand Merci à Mme S. Bacarisse pour son très grand professionnalisme et son efficacité. D'emblée, elle a effectué un "check-up" du bien, nous proposé un prix de vente cohérent, tenant parfaitement compte de la situation du bien (maison de village à proximité de Monein), de ses points positifs et négatifs. Elle a réalisé une excellente description de ce bien de famille (inoccupé depuis plusieurs années), avec des photos de très belle qualité. Toujours réactive et à l'écoute, elle a su répondre à nos interrogations. Elle a tout mis en œuvre pour exposer cette maison (du début du 20ème siècle) dans des conditions optimales. Bref, cette mandataire immobilière très expérimentée qui connait parfaitement son job mérite toute confiance.
