Excellente prestation

Nous avons travaillé avec Sophie à 2 reprises, la première pour la vente de notre maison il y a 2 ans. Puis nous avons demandé à Sophie de se charger de la vente d'un terrain constructible. Encore une fois la prestation a été excellente à tous points de vue, Sophie à toujours été professionnelle, sérieuse, dynamique et agréable. Nous avons toujours été informé de l'avancement du dossier, malgré 2 compromis qui n'ont pas abouti pour des raison propre aux éventuelles acquéreurs.

Vente compliquée

Mme Lhemery a très bien fait son travail Jusqu'à la signature du compromis de vente de notre maison. Puis ensuite, pour une raison que nous ignorons encore à ce jour, c'est un confrère qui s'est chargé de la fin de la vente ...un peu compliquée ! Nous avons été déçus par ce manque de communication.
